If your child becomes ill while at camp, we follow the following protocol:
1. We have a nurse on site for the five weeks of residential camp. We are equipped to handle minor injuries and illnesses.
2. If a camper displays the following symptoms, they will be sent home from camp. They can return after being symptom free for 24 hours or with a doctor’s note.
a. Fever above 100.3 degrees
b. Uncontrollable coughing, difficulty breathing or lethargy
c. Diarrhea or vomiting
d. Rash that is accompanied with a fever or a behavioral change
e. Camper is unable to participate in camp activities due to feeling poorly for more than 1 day.
3. Parents will be contacted about any illness or injury that is beyond typical day-to- day life.
If your child displays behavior that is deemed inappropriate and are not able to be controlled within our camp setting, your child will be sent home. No refunds will be given for behavioral disturbances.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Prior to May 1, refund of registration fee. May 1 - June 1, half refund of registration fee, after June 1, no refunds. No-shows, children sent home for behavior issues or homesickness is a forfeiture of their entire camp fee. Medical emergencies are unforeseen and are refundable with a written notice from a physician verifying illness or injury for the week registered. Men-O-Lan reserves the right to make changes to this policy.
A $50.00 deposit is required to process all registrations. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The balance of your camper fee is due two weeks prior to the start of your registered week(s), and can be paid via check, money order, major credit card, or online. Please make all checks payable to Camp Men-O-Lan. All returned checks will be charged a $25 processing fee. Men-O-Lan pricing may be subject to change without notice.
TWO cabin mate requests are permitted providing that all campers request each other. Counselor requests cannot be accepted.
All required forms must be filled out and returned or submitted online at least one week prior to camp date.

Scholarships are available, one per camper per year, and are limited on a first-come, first served basis. Scholarship applications can be downloaded, printed and submitted to: 1415 Doerr Road, Quakertown, PA 18951. Once approved by the Executive Director, any remaining balance is the sole responsibility of the camper’s parent or guardian.
