Join us in the AUD for a night of folk music worship. With the fireplace cracklng and the lights set right, we promise to create a fun, relaxed and intimate atmosphere that will warm your heart and inspire worship. FREE festival at Camp Men-O-Lan on Saturday, October 25, 2025
New this year at Harvestfest - we are inviting vendors to come display, demonstrate, and sell their products! The cost is $30/space to bring your own table(s), chair(s) and 10 x 10 easy up tent canopy. Double spaces can be arranged if you're bringing a truck or trailer. You are welcome to bring a quiet generator if you want to run electric to prepare and/or do demonstrations.

14th Annual Sporting Clays Event
Saturday, September 13th at LVSC
Event starts at 8:00am and ends at 2:00pm with lunch included
Join us for a fun day of shooting at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clay with the goal of helping fund camp and also have a great time! Register to build your team of up to 4 people soon to secure your place (If you have more than 4 we will work it out so that you can all shoot together). Cost: $150 per shooter, which includes: 100 targets, 100 rounds of ammo, coffee and donuts, and lunch.
Registration is limited to 125 participants
Ammo is provided and only available in 12 Ga. and 20 Ga.
Rental Guns are available, however quantities are limited to one gun per team. The cost is $25.00 paid to LVSC the day of the event.
Golf Carts are available and included in your registration fee.

Women's Christmas Dinner
Join us and take a break from the busyness of the holiday season to relax, and enjoy a girl's night out. We're cooking so you don't have to! Bring your family, friends, and neighbors. We'll sing carols, have a time of sharing, and enjoy a beautiful program with the Cairn University Chorale!!
When you bring a group of 8-10 your meal is FREE! Register as a hostess and come a few minutes early to make sure your table is ready.

2025 Women's Retreat
Ladies, you are the hub of your families. We want to bless you and enrich your lives with a one-day retreat focusing on Song of Solomon 4:7 with guest speaker Lisa Stenger. We'll start with Continental breakfast, worship, and sharing. Lunch will be in the Dining Hall. The afternoon session will include a craft, prayer walk and door prizes!
The day is designed to be a simple getaway, we'll have your cup of coffee, tea, or juice along with fruit or a pastry when you get here so escaping your home for this short time is made easy! Lunch is included and most of all this is going to be a sweet time of fellowship - there is nothing like time with the ladies, worshipping and spending time in God's Word. Register your besties and bring them, too!!
